Operations & Logistics Manager – Vedantu Store

About the Role

Vedantu is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The role involves leading a team of 4–5 members, optimizing operational costs, improving CM1 performance, and ensuring effective and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, printing vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor operational KPIs, delivery SLAs, RTOs, returns, and customer escalations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, track cost per order,



and improve CM1 performance.
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 operations and delivery members.
- Develop SOPs, improve operational processes, and maintain dashboards and reports.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination.
- Experience managing logistics partners and end-to-end order fulfilment.
- Understanding of operational cost optimization and contribution margins (CM1).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Experience with WMS and EasyEcom is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
