Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Creative Growth Intern who lives at the intersection of storytelling and technology. You aren't just a "social media manager"; you are a digital creator who knows how to leverage Generative AI to produce world-class visual content. Your mission is to make Flik the most visually stunning PropTech brand in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Support inbound and outbound efforts—research prospects (developers, brokers, architects), assist in outreach, and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel.
- Sales Enablement: Create and manage pitch decks, demo videos, case studies, and proposals; assist in follow-ups, meeting coordination, and CRM updates.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, update CRM, and ensure no opportunity is missed; support reporting and basic sales analytics.
- Marketing & Content: Create high-quality content (posts, short videos, creatives) that communicates Flik’s value proposition clearly and drives interest.
- Social Media Management:



Own LinkedIn & Instagram execution—content calendar, posting, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in running campaigns for feature launches, partnerships, and lead generation initiatives.
- AI Content Creation: Use tools like Runway, Luma, claudeetc. to produce engaging visual content for marketing and sales use.

- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Execution-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks—outreach, content, follow-ups—without constant supervision.
- Creative + Analytical: Can create content but also understand what drives leads and conversions.
- AI-Friendly: Comfortable using (or learning) AI tools for content and productivity.
- Ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
