Role Description The Operations Executive role at Pixeltruth is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The person in this role will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating workflows, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that service delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation and reports, and identifying process gaps or bottlenecks.

Executive will assist in implementing operational best practices, support resource allocation, and provide regular updates to leadership on performance metrics. This role requires close interaction with team members and clients to maintain smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows and support process optimization.
