Company Description ZepNest Services Private Limited is a tech-enabled home services platform designed for Indian homeowners, landlords, and NRI property owners. Instead of operating as a marketplace, ZepNest uses a managed-partner model with verified partners, transparent time-based pricing, and digital job tracking. The platform provides a single app for on-demand repairs, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), property management, and asset tracking, aiming to become the operating system for the home.

ZepNest is built on 24 months of ground research across South India and is launching in Chennai, offering opportunities for partners and team members to grow with the company.

Role Description The Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating with managed service partners, tracking ongoing jobs, and helping ensure timely completion of services.

Responsibilities include assisting in process documentation, monitoring service quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for on-demand repairs, AMC subscriptions, and property management workflows. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating internal dashboards and reports,



and providing operational support for launches and pilot projects in Chennai. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to tech-enabled operations in a fast-growing home services environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with partners, customers, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support partner onboarding, promote services, and assist with customer conversions when required.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to help streamline processes, coordinate service delivery, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in planning, tracking, and executing small operational initiatives and pilots.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting; familiarity with app-based platforms is an advantage.
