Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities that support safety consulting services. This role includes monitoring workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

Executive will collaborate with consultants and clients to streamline processes, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Additional responsibilities include assisting with resource planning, supporting implementation of operational policies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes, coordinate activities, and support effective service delivery.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients across diverse locations.
- Experience in or exposure to commercial safety, transportation, or occupational health and safety is an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and project management software tools.
- Post-secondary education in business, operations, safety management, or a related field is preferred.
