Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and reliable food delivery services. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes managing local operations teams, coordinating with delivery partners, and optimizing processes to meet service-level and quality standards. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and implementing improvements to enhance customer and restaurant partner experiences.

Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as customer support, technology,



and business development to support expansion and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management and process optimization skills, with experience in managing daily workflows and performance metrics.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, including training, mentoring, and coordinating shifts or field teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement in operations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams, delivery partners, and restaurant partners.
- Proficiency with basic business tools and operational software; experience with logistics or delivery platforms is an advantage.

- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic workplace with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in food delivery, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in Ahmedabad and familiarity with local geography and market conditions.
