Operations Intern/Trainee/Associate AQM Technologies is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team!
? Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar/Thane)
? Experience: Freshers to 1.5 Years
? Interview Dates: 15th and 16th October 2026
? Company: AQM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal writing.
- Review tender requirements and analyse pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the RFP tracker and monitor tender status.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of tender management or bid documentation is an added advantage.
