We’re Hiring: Onboarding Executive – Sales (Merchant Onboarding) | LUZO
LUZO is looking for a driven, proactive, and target-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our team! You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding premium salons, spas, and derma clinics onto our beauty and wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential merchant partners through field visits, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Pitch LUZO’s partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Build strong relationships with salon, spa, and clinic owners.
- Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets and drive business growth.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or merchant onboarding. Freshers with a solid sales mindset are welcome!
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- A go-getter attitude and willingness to conduct daily on-ground visits.
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday–Friday | 11 AM–8 PM
Salary: ₹40,000–₹46,000 per month + uncapped, milestone-based incentives
