Role Description The NAATI CCL Trainer (Nepali) will design, deliver, and evaluate NAATI CCL preparation classes focused on English–Nepali language pairs, ensuring learners are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the test. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating practice materials, conducting mock tests, providing individual feedback, and monitoring learner progress.



The trainer will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align course delivery with EnglishWise Global standards and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching resources and methods.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, where regular on-campus teaching and meetings are required, with some work-from-home flexibility for lesson planning, online classes, and student support.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in both English and Nepali, with excellent command of spoken and written communication in both languages.
- Experience in language teaching, exam preparation training, or tutoring, preferably with NAATI CCL or comparable interpreting/translation assessments.
- Knowledge of interpreting techniques, role-play based assessment, and common scenarios used in NAATI CCL tests.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice tasks, and assessment tools tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Comfort with delivering training in hybrid formats, including classroom teaching and online sessions using digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate learners, provide constructive feedback, and manage groups effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, Translation/Interpreting, or a related field; NAATI accreditation or prior CCL test experience is an advantage.
- Organisational and time-management skills to handle full-time teaching loads, lesson preparation, and reporting requirements.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and ongoing career development in language education.
