Role Description The Multi-Specialty Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes for multiple specialties in accordance with applicable coding guidelines and payer requirements. Daily tasks include validating medical necessity, ensuring appropriate code selection, and supporting clean claim submission to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials. The role involves working closely with billing teams and clinical stakeholders to resolve coding-related issues, maintain compliance, and support audit readiness.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida,



requiring consistent attendance and adherence to established productivity and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in multi-specialty medical coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS usage, with a clear understanding of payer-specific rules.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting physician documentation, analyzing clinical records, and applying official coding guidelines for accurate code assignment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of revenue cycle management processes, including charge capture, claims submission, denial management, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, coding software tools, and basic data entry and documentation practices.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain high accuracy under productivity targets.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional coding certifications (such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in multi-specialty medical coding within a healthcare or RCM environment is beneficial, along with readiness to work in office in Noida.
