As a Senior Associate you will support IT asset management and cloud operations work within our Technology Consulting practice, helping manage assigned workstreams and deliver client service activities across infrastructure operations. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, use critical thinking to interpret operational data, and build meaningful client connections while mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to ITAM operating activities within Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, using technology tools and methods to support service delivery, respond to changing priorities, and develop your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud operations workstreams and supporting client service delivery across infrastructure environments
- Analyzing incident patterns, service trends,



and operational data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Administering and troubleshooting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools such as Dynatrace APM, Splunk, and Performance Monitor
- Supporting cloud compliance, service management, and infrastructure governance activities across assigned engagements
- Applying FinOps operating model concepts to track cloud usage, costs, and optimization opportunities
- Developing technical recommendations for cloud migration, cloud engineering, and infrastructure optimization efforts
- Coordinating issue resolution, escalation activities, and status updates for assigned client deliverables
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance on task execution and technical approach

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating cloud operations experience across managed services environments
- Applying IT asset management knowledge within infrastructure support
- Utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform administration skills
- Interpreting cloud performance data using Splunk or Dynatrace
