As a Cloud Operations Senior Associate you will support IT asset management activities within our Technology Consulting practice, contributing to infrastructure and cloud operations work that helps maintain accurate asset records, track lifecycle status, and support service delivery processes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while applying firm methodologies and technology tools to navigate ambiguity and deliver dependable work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to ITAM operations, interpret data to inform recommendations, respond to stakeholder needs, and develop your technical skills in a setting that values accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations and assigned service delivery workstreams across client engagements
- Monitoring cloud platforms, system performance,



and operational incidents to identify issues and support timely resolution
- Administering cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Applying cloud operations tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor to track availability and performance trends
- Supporting cloud migration, cloud compliance, and infrastructure optimization activities within managed service environments
- Analyzing operational data and service metrics to identify service gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and coordinating technical remediation across infrastructure components
- Using FinOps Operating Model concepts and Apptio to support cost visibility, usage review, and cloud resource planning
- Developing understanding of client requirements and providing technical consultation for cloud service delivery needs
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and guiding task execution across assigned deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
