As an IT Infrastructure Cloud Associate you will support cloud operations and IT asset management activities, contributing to the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of infrastructure services within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adaptability, and reliability while supporting senior staff, participating in project tasks, developing core technical skills, and building client connections in a quick-paced environment. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help with service requests, asset tracking, documentation, incident follow-up, and routine operational tasks that support delivery across managed services and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud operations activities across infrastructure, service delivery, and client support workflows




- Monitoring cloud platforms and infrastructure tools to identify performance issues, service interruptions, and usage trends
- Troubleshooting cloud computing incidents across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Administering infrastructure management tasks using digital tooling, observability platforms, and service management systems
- Contributing to cloud migration, optimization, and administration efforts by following defined procedures and technical guidance
- Tracking infrastructure performance data and interpreting findings to help guide remediation actions and service improvements
- Assisting with cloud compliance, access controls, and operational checks across managed service environments
- Using AI fluency, technical consultation, and analytical skills to support resolution of technical issues and recurring service challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Curiosity in cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with CloudOps, cloud administration, and troubleshooting
- Exposure to cloud service delivery and performance monitoring
- Interest in IT asset management and managed services
