- Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS person to support the Marketing Department by preparing reports, maintaining marketing data, tracking campaign performance, and generating actionable insights. The candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel, data management, report automation, and dashboard preparation to support effective marketing operations and business decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Marketing Department.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze marketing data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and budget utilization.
- Track marketing activities, promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, scheme settlement, and marketing expenditure.
- Monitor campaign-wise, channel-wise, and region-wise performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing leads, campaign responses, promotional activities, and marketing related databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to collect data and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify data discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting activities using advanced Excel functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Prepare presentations, charts, summaries, and performance reports for management reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.




- Support the Marketing Manager in data analysis, performance tracking, and other reporting requirements.
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or marketing operations.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel including major formulas, strong handholding & familiar with all the features
- Data validation, conditional formatting, and data cleaning.
- Dashboard creation, charts, and report automation.
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing large datasets and management reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI and basic SQL will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Experience in MIS reporting within a Marketing, Sales Operations, or Business Operations function.
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
- Experience tracking marketing campaigns, promotional activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and reliability of MIS reports.
- Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Efficiency in report preparation and automation.
- Accuracy of marketing campaign and expenditure tracking.
- Effectiveness of dashboards and data analysis.
- Timely identification and resolution of data discrepancies.
- Quality of insights and reporting support provided to the Marketing team.
