Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Intune / Autopilot SME with robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune deployment, Windows Autopilot configuration, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management activities.
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot profiles for device provisioning and zero-touch deployment.
- Deploy and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security policies.
- Manage application packaging, deployment, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate Microsoft Intune with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for device identity and access management.
- Troubleshoot Windows Autopilot enrollment, provisioning, and deployment failures.
- Manage Windows updates, endpoint security configurations, and device compliance.
- Support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, reimaging, migration, and decommissioning.




- Work with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to resolve complex endpoint management issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune deployment and administration.
- Expertise in Windows Autopilot setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 device provisioning and deployment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), device registration, and join types.
- Experience configuring compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
- Hands-on experience with application deployment and management through Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and co-management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with Autopilot pre-provisioning and self-deploying deployment scenarios.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
