Role: Messaging & Signaling Test / QA Lead

Experience: 9-11 Years

Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Chennai | Delhi NCR

We are looking for a Messaging & Signaling Test / QA Lead with solid expertise in SMS and signaling platforms. The candidate will drive test strategy, quality assurance, interoperability validation, and performance testing across telecom messaging and signaling ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead testing initiatives for SMSC and Value Added Services (VAS).
- Define end-to-end test strategy and governance processes.
- Validate SMS MO/MT services and signaling workflows.
- Perform interoperability, regression, load, and stress testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SS7, SIGTRAN, SCTP, M3UA, SCCP, MAP, and Diameter protocols.




- Use Spirent Landslide for signaling performance validation.
- Drive defect management, RCA activities, and quality improvements.
- Mentor testing teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
