Role Description The Microsoft Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Anantnag, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange, to support secure and modern workplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client requirements, delivering technical consulting, configuring and integrating Microsoft platforms, and troubleshooting complex information technology issues.

The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare documentation and best practices,



and provide user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft technologies. The role also includes staying current with Microsoft updates and security standards to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Robust consulting and client-facing skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange for collaboration, messaging, and enterprise information management.
- Experience with integration of Microsoft solutions into broader information technology environments and cloud-based ecosystems.
- Solid foundation in information technology concepts, including networking, security, identity management, and modern workplace tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or related Microsoft specialist credentials) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
