Job SummaryJSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers with experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit MEP, 3D modeling, coordination, and preparation of detailed engineering drawings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Create detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare coordinated layouts, shop drawings, sections, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards and BIM execution requirements.
- Work closely with design engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project teams.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project revisions.




- Support quantity take-offs and preparation of schedules when required.
- Maintain model quality and deliver project outputs within specified deadlines.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Understanding of MEP layouts, construction drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3D BIM modeling standards.
- Knowledge of LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400 requirements is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in MEP consulting, engineering design, BIM services, or construction companies.
- Exposure to commercial buildings, residential projects, and international projects is an advantage.
