Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Dehradun.

The Medical

Representative will promote ION-MYSTIQUE’s molecular hydrogen and wellness solutions to healthcare professionals, wellness centers, and other potential partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clinics and hospitals, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing scientific and commercial information about the company’s product portfolio. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, managing sales inquiries, following up on leads,



and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

The Medical

Representative will also gather market feedback, support educational initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of Medicine to effectively communicate product benefits and clinical relevance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Pharmacy and related therapeutic concepts to address technical questions from healthcare and wellness professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or wellness product promotion.
- Candidates should have the ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and meet defined sales goals.
- A relevant diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Working proficiency in local language(s) and English, along with basic computer and reporting skills, will be beneficial.
