Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is designed for MBBS freshers interested in building a career in hair transplant and clinical trichology. The professional will assist senior dermatologists and hair transplant surgeons in patient consultations, pre-operative evaluations, and treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting hair transplant procedures, monitoring patients before and after treatment, documenting clinical findings, and maintaining accurate medical records.

The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, post-procedure care,



and preventive hair and skin health practices. The candidate will be encouraged to participate in ongoing training, adhere to clinical protocols, and contribute to a high standard of safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution, with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Solid interest in hair transplant, trichology, and dermatology, with a willingness to undergo specialized training.
- Sound knowledge of basic clinical examination, medical history taking, and patient assessment.
- Ability to follow surgical protocols, maintain aseptic technique, and assist in minor procedures.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for counseling patients and explaining treatment plans in an understandable manner.
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills for maintaining patient records and treatment notes.
- Professional ethics, respect for patient confidentiality, and a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
