Role Description The Master Program in Clinical Research role at Proxima Skills Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the clinical research program, including curriculum implementation, lecture coordination, and alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities include supporting learners through training sessions, doubt resolution, mentoring on projects, and guiding them in applying clinical research concepts to real-world scenarios. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality program outcomes, timely assessments, and effective learner feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring academic activities and projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret clinical research data, evaluate learner performance, and support data-driven program improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, interact with learners and stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback.
