About the Role

Pet India Industries is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage customer enquiries, build strong business relationships, support lead generation and coordinate digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, managing follow-ups and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and other requirements.

Generate and manage leads through online platforms and other marketing channels.

Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, content coordination and online promotions.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer interactions and follow-ups.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth customer communication.

Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks related to customer requirements, marketing and business activities.

Requirements

1–5 years of relevant experience in customer relations, business development, sales coordination or digital marketing.

Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.

Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-building skills.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
