Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Vadodara.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, aligned with client branding and business objectives.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, and supporting the development of marketing strategies and promotional activities. The role involves collaborating with sales and design teams, preparing marketing materials,



and assisting with events or campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

The Marketing

Specialist will also monitor campaign performance, maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and provide timely customer service support related to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Applied Market Research capabilities to gather, interpret, and present data on audiences, trends, and competitors.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills to support lead generation, conversion efforts, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics tools) is preferred.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in agency or client-facing roles is a plus.
