About Glide Brands

Glide Brands is looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital marketing and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

- Email Marketing: Plan and execute B2B email campaigns, manage mailing lists, create engaging email content, and track campaign performance.
- WhatsApp Marketing: Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for business outreach, lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify target accounts, research decision-makers, and execute personalized marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Manage LinkedIn outreach, create engaging posts, identify potential clients, and support lead generation through LinkedIn.
- Instagram Marketing: Plan and execute Instagram content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.




- Performance Tracking: Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and leads generated.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing
- Practical experience in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and targeted outreach.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for business marketing.
- Robust written communication skills and the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
- Good research, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work towards measurable targets.
