About Vimaan and the Role

Vimaan is a Silicon Valley-based B2B deep-tech/SaaS startup, backed by Amazon and recognized by Gartner. We’re building Inventory Intelligence for warehouses and distribution centers, selling to operations and supply chain leaders at large enterprises across the world. We’re building a new category, so marketing here is market building, not just doing activities.

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Head of Growth & Marketing, helping plan and run the programs that build Vimaan's brand and generate demand.

What You Will Do

Your work will span the areas below, with real ownership of each:

1. Campaign Management: Run our CRM (HubSpot) setup - contact lists, segmentation, forms, email builds and sends, and database hygiene. Execute the recurring email program and LinkedIn outbound sequences, drive paid campaigns, and manage the quarterly marketing calendar.
2. SEO and AEO: Drive our visibility in search and AI engines like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini; track performance, build a weekly view of what’s working vs not, publish content and pages with the right on-page setup, and act on what the data shows.
3. Website: Coordinate with external web developers on the changes the website needs, from briefing to testing to going live, and publish and maintain pages day to day.
4. Creatives: Work closely with graphic designers, video makers and editors; share clear creative briefs, track production, review against the brief, and get assets produced on time.
5. Content: Take briefs from ideas to publishing - maintain the editorial calendar, coordinate with writers and freelancers, check drafts against our style and accuracy rules, publish, and distribute across channels. You don’t necessarily need to write the content, but you run everything around it.
6. Events and Webinars: Help with tradeshow logistics and lead follow-up, and running webinars: registration, reminders,



hosting support, post-event nurture and reporting.
7. Reporting: Track deliverables and spend, and give leadership a clear monthly summary of results and learnings.
8. AI for Marketing: Across all of the above, you will also look for repeatable work to automate, using AI tools and lightweight workflows to maximize productivity.

What We Are Looking For

We care more about how quick you learn and how reliably you deliver than just about years of experience.

- Passionate about B2B technology products, and curious about how a deep-tech product works and why enterprises buy it.
- A degree from a top-tier institution and 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or growth at a fast-paced tech startup; strong internships count as well.
- Comfortable with startup life: you want ownership and impact rather than a 9-to-5 job, and you enjoy building things that do not exist yet.
- Flexible and adaptable: priorities shift quickly, and you are happy to pick up whatever the work needs.
- Ownership: a record of owning something end to end, however small, and following it through without being chased.
- Proficient in or genuinely eager to learn AI tools, and keen to use them for everything they can do well. We expect you to automate repeatable work and find faster ways to get things done.
- Comfort with data: you read a spreadsheet or a dashboard and say what it means and what to do next.
- Clear communication: You will write emails, briefs, reports and status updates; and talk with different stakeholders regularly.
- Attention to detail: In our category, a wrong number or an overstated claim costs credibility, so accuracy matters.
- Based in Bengaluru already and able to work from our office as the work needs close daily collaboration.

Good to have

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation tool.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, especially for technical or industrial products, or supply chain and logistics.
- Experience with web analytics, Google Search Console or SEO tools.
- Basic scripting or no-code automation skills.
