We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and ambitious intern who can help us grow through marketing, brand partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- WhatsApp Marketing (Primary Focus)

Manage and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Build and manage WhatsApp communities and groups to promote AuctionRoom’s products, events, and features.

Develop creative WhatsApp messaging strategies to increase conversions and platform engagement.

Experiment with different messaging formats, campaigns, and outreach strategies.

Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Business Development & Brand Partnerships

Identify potential brands, sponsors, creators, and strategic partners who align with AuctionRoom.

Conduct cold outreach through emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.

Initiate conversations with prospective partners and schedule meetings with the AuctionRoom team.

Explore sponsorship, brand placement, collaboration, and strategic synergy opportunities.

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective partners, outreach activity, follow-ups, and meetings.





Research new partnership opportunities across the sports, entertainment, and creator ecosystems.

- Social Media Marketing

Assist in managing AuctionRoom’s social media presence, primarily Instagram and other relevant platforms.

Support content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

Brainstorm creative campaigns to grow AuctionRoom’s audience organically.

Identify relevant social media trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Work closely with the content team to execute marketing initiatives.

- AI & Growth Experimentation

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other relevant platforms to improve productivity and marketing execution.

Use AI for market research, outreach personalization, campaign ideation, content creation, and workflow automation.

Experiment with new AI tools and identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.

Proactively suggest cutting-edge, cost-effective strategies to grow AuctionRoom.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Very comfortable using AI tools, with a willingness to constantly experiment and learn.

Interest in marketing, business development, startups, and growth strategies.

Confidence in approaching brands, initiating conversations,



and following up with potential partners.

Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital marketing.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Previous experience with WhatsApp marketing, WhatsApp Business, or community management.

Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or brand partnerships.

Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and marketing automation.

Experience working with startups or early-stage businesses.

A genuine interest in cricket, football, or the sports industry.

Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement. We value initiative, curiosity, and the ability to execute over credentials.
