Role Description The Market Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East, responsible for supporting market operations and customer engagement. This position involves handling customer inquiries, providing product-related information, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role includes monitoring customer feedback, assisting in technical clarifications related to electrical products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the assigned region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsive and courteous service.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including basic understanding of electrical products and the ability to explain features clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, market feedback, and simple data reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, in relevant local languages and English.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in electrical, industrial, or FMCG sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dibrugarh East, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple queries efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing tools) and willingness to learn internal systems.
