- Responsible for workload allocation, management reporting, assist team members on day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for team deliverables. Once a task is assigned to a team member, that team member will be the direct point of contact
- Able to provide inputs to optimize and improved the Selection Program for all types of Pumps in the portfolio of Allweiler India
- Focus on standardization of processes and systems in Technical sales and Customer Service.
- Review and assist in Techno-commercial proposals; Should be able to provide technical support to the customers.
- Responsible for achieving the team KRAs and organization goals for the team.
- Drive improvement activities in the team & involve in process simplification actions.
- Provides technical assistance during the detailed engineering phase of inquiries and projects through product applications and specifications to provide an engineered solution for integration.
- Analyses specifications, application data sheets, inquiry data sheets or other similar documents to determine if the desired specifications can be met.
- Defines the products and their interrelationships to meet the functional and performance requirements.
- Verified / Prepares estimates/quotes for non-price listed products and other pertinent data required to satisfy customer requirements.
- Maintains and improves technical competency, staying current with changes in the industry.
- Completes and maintains all required paperwork, quotes, quote log,
and other required documentation.
- Learns and understands customer's requirements and application to make appropriate product recommendations.
- Evaluates inquiries and specifications to create formal proposals for sales managers, distributors, and other customers.
- Ensure complete and correct handover of the orders to operation team
- Focus on driving efficient Kick off process
- Establish and track performance metrics, monitor the inside sales dashboard and benchmark against best practices to enhance service levels of technical sales and customer services team
