Role Overview:

HamBOLDS is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audits, taxation, and financial regulations within a startup environment, ensuring seamless financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee audit processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings with timely submissions.
- Maintain financial records, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.




- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure payroll processing and compliance with PF, ESIC, and professional tax regulations.
- Manage vendor and client payments, handling outstanding dues.
- Stay updated with tax laws and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants for smooth financial operations.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting within a Private Ltd. startup

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting within a Private Ltd. startup or Pharma Industry
- Solid knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
