The Manager – Corporate Communications & Digital Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Mohali district. This position is responsible for developing and executing corporate communication strategies that align with Frontier’s brand and business objectives, including crafting key messages and ensuring consistency across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and overseeing internal and external communications to support company initiatives.

The role also involves planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing online presence and social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and visibility. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support leadership with communication materials, and help maintain Frontier’s reputation as a preferred service provider.

Qualifications

- Strong corporate and strategic communications skills, including Corporate Communications and Strategic Communications.
- Experience in media-facing activities,



including Press Releases and Media Relations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Ability to develop and implement communication plans that support business goals and brand positioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
- Experience working with analytics tools to measure communication and digital marketing performance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Supply Chain Services is beneficial but not a deal breaker.
