AlignEdge Talent Advisory is hiring for a reputed manufacturing organisation based in Greater Noida. We are looking for two experienced professionals for the roles below.

ROLE 1: Manager / Sr. Manager – Costing & Estimation (Planning & Projects)

About the role:

You will provide strong production planning and costing skills to maintain quality, schedules and budgets across projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate BOM, BOQ, estimates and product costing for metal and wood products
- Develop production plans, budgets and timelines as per production specifications
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments
- Monitor production status, identify delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required for production
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Conduct daily meetings to track production schedules
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management

Candidate profile:

- Diploma in Mechanical / B.Tech
- 10–15 years of experience in furniture / shop fit-out manufacturing
- Extensive experience in production planning
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Excellent presentation, spoken and written communication skills

ROLE 2: Manager – Powder Coating (Production)

About the role:

You will manage the Powder Coating section of the production department, owning day-to-day operations,



targets, quality, delivery schedules, cost efficiency and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage daily Powder Coating operations to meet production targets, quality and delivery schedules
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, powder and chemical consumption with minimum wastage
- Ensure proper execution of the full process: pretreatment, powder application, curing and final inspection
- Monitor colour matching, surface finish, DFT, adhesion and curing parameters
- Identify and resolve defects such as colour variation, poor adhesion, pinholes, orange peel and uneven coating
- Control direct costs, rejection, rework and wastage
- Lead, train and develop the team, ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning and Maintenance teams
- Maintain production, quality and consumption MIS reports and drive continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

- Diploma in Mechanical / BE / B.Tech
- 10–15 years of experience in a Powder Coating section (sheet metal / metal furniture industry)
- Extensive experience in operations / plant management
- Excellent presentation, spoken and written communication skills
