Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training in management-related subjects.
- Explain management and business concepts using practical examples and case studies.
- Design assignments, activities, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student attendance, assessment scores, assignments, and learning progress.




- Mentor students and provide continuous academic and professional guidance.
- Help students develop industry-relevant knowledge and professional skills.
- Support students in obtaining relevant certifications and internships.
- Keep students updated with current industry trends and business practices.
- Ensure students achieve defined learning targets and outcomes.
- Work effectively in a corporate-style training environment.

Preferred Candidates

- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of management and business concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification

- PG qualification in Management / MBA / Business Administration / relevant Management specialization
- UGC NET/SET in Management IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED
