Senior techno-functional consultant with hands-on Majesco ClaimVantage IDAM experience, able to contribute independently from day one and help evaluate, design, and implement a disability and leave management solution. Immediate start; location and engagement type to be confirmed.

Responsibilities

- Bridge business and technical teams through requirements, fit-gap, and solution design.
- Configure ClaimVantage IDAM — claims, case management, workflows, rules, correspondence, payments.
- Translate STD/LTD plan provisions and leave rules (FMLA, state leave/PFML, ADA) into system requirements.
- Support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live.

Requirements
- 8+ years overall; 3+ years hands-on Majesco ClaimVantage IDAM (suggested — confirm with client).
- At least one end-to-end disability and/or leave management implementation.
- Deep domain knowledge of disability claims and absence management.
- Solid communication; works independently with minimal ramp-up.

Preferred: techno-functional profile.
