LT EduTech is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Engineer Trainee to join the Platform Development Team. The role involves contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications and digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with experienced developers and cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and platform solutions. You will develop and enhance frontend components using React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and support backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and related technologies. You will assist in building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs, and work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL for data management and application development.

You will support third-party API integrations and the enhancement of existing platform functionalities, and identify,



troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to improve performance and reliability. You will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation activities, collaborating with product owners, QA teams, and fellow developers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. You will follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development best practices, and contribute to Agile/Scrum activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also explore emerging technologies, including AI and LLM-based applications, to support future platform enhancements. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks, adapts quickly to new technologies, and is committed to quality and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience; motivated, technically skilled freshers and early-career engineers encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend application development
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations
- Basic knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git,



software testing, debugging, and application development practices
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred

- Exposure to Python and frameworks such as FastAPI
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM applications, RAG, and semantic search
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies with solid problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to learning and innovation
