Role Description The Logistics Executive role at My Almari is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pre-loved luxury items in a timely and accurate manner.

The Logistics

Executive will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and returns handling, while maintaining high standards of item authentication and quality control. Daily activities include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing delivery schedules,



resolving logistics-related issues, and supporting the customer service team with shipment status updates. The role also involves maintaining records, adhering to company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, including experience with inventory control and shipment coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, courier partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and cross-functional collaboration skills to support order fulfillment and overall business objectives.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Excel or logistics software.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion logistics is beneficial; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
