Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce logistics, shipment tracking, NDRs, RTOs, and reshipments to ensure smooth and timely order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage NDRs, failed deliveries, RTOs, and reshipments.
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
- Handle delivery delays, escalations, and order-related issues.
- Manage e-commerce order processing and post-order operations.
- Maintain shipment records and monitor delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce RTOs and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or D2C operations.
- Hands-on experience with EasyEcom and e-commerce order management.
- Good understanding of NDR, RTO, shipment tracking, and last-mile delivery.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
