What you will do

We are looking for an experienced LIMS Operations Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, administration and technical support of our LabVantage LIMS setting.

This is a hands-on technical role covering LabVantage administration and configuration, data management, SQL, interfaces and troubleshooting. The role will independently handle routine changes and smaller enhancements, while supporting more complex technical changes and integrations where required.

This is not a generic IT support position.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support the LabVantage LIMS production environment.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, master data and reference data.
- Perform data maintenance and data-quality checks using LabVantage and MSSQL.
- Perform LabVantage configuration changes, including DFDs, validations, tasks, and other configurable components.
- Investigate and resolve LIMS application, configuration and data-related issues.
- Support and troubleshoot existing LIMS interfaces and integrations.
- Support integrations with laboratory instruments, SDMS and other systems
- Perform routine application health checks and monitor relevant application processes and jobs.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of new interfaces.
- Manage LIMS incidents, changes and problems as per ITIL Framework and coordinate escalation when required .
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

- Hands-on LabVantage LIMS experience is essential.
- Experience with LabVantage administration and configuration.
- Experience with DFDs is highly desirable.

- Experience supporting production LIMS environments.
- Strong MSSQL and database knowledge.
- Experience troubleshooting LIMS issues and data.
- Experience with interfaces and system integrations.
- Experience with laboratory instrument integrations and/or SDMS is desirable.




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management including ITIL Framework. ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
