Featured on Shark Tank India Season 4 and backed by WTFund (Nikhil Kamath), we’re building national-scale screening infrastructure across clinics, hospitals, schools, and public health systems.

? About the Role

We’re looking for an RCI-certified psychologist to anchor our Chennai operations as part of our Psychology Department. You’ll lead clinical quality, mentor a growing team, and contribute to research and validation of AI-enabled screening across Tamil Nadu and South India.

What you’ll do

- Conduct and teach assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays
- Supervise clinical operations and patient load across partner centres in Chennai
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of RCI-certified psychologists
- Define clinical SOPs, assessment protocols, and reporting formats
- Act as the final authority on complex cases and escalations




- Collaborate with AI and data science teams on behavioural markers
- Contribute to research, validation studies, publications, and regulatory documentation
- Guide caregiver communication and counselling in Tamil and English
- Partner with pediatricians and institutions, and represent Aignosis at clinical forums

✅ What we’re looking for:
- RCI Certification (mandatory)
- Master’s / M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (as per RCI norms)
- 1+ years of experience in autism and/or neurodevelopmental disorders (preferred)
- Experience leading or mentoring psychologists
- Solid grounding in standardised assessments and behavioural observation
- Research orientation or experience with data-driven clinical work
- Fluency in English and Tamil (preferred); Hindi is a plus
