Role Overview

We are looking for experienced legal professionals with deep expertise in land and real estate law to lead our title verification operations in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Each Legal Manager will own one state.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and sign off Title Opinions using LexDeed’s platform
- Lead and mentor the legal team in your state
- Act as the point of contact for Bank / NBFC / HFC clients, ensuring SLA and quality adherence
- Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround times
- Handle escalations,



complex title issues and lender queries
- Build local processes and support our expansion across the state

Eligibility

- LL.B (LL.M is a plus), enrolled with a State Bar Council
- 8+ years of experience in Land and Real Estate Law
- Working knowledge of land records, revenue documents and approvals in your state
- Strong exposure to Banking / NBFC / HFC portfolios
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Kannada or Telugu)
