The individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end learning project execution, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives.

- Project &
- Delivery Management
- - Lead end-to-end delivery of learning and instructional design projects across multiple workstreams.
- - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- - Establish governance mechanisms and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

- Learning Solutions
- - Provide leadership and oversight for the design and development of learning solutions across ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended learning, performance support, and social learning modalities.
- - Review learning assets to ensure alignment with instructional design standards, branding guidelines, and learner requirements.
- - Drive innovation through the adoption of learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and modern learning practices.
- Stakeholder &
- Client Management
- - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- - Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project reviews with business and client leadership.
