- 5-8 years of AI/ML engineering experience, including at least 2 years working with LLM-based

application architectures in production.
- Direct hands-on experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain, including stateful graph design,

checkpointing, and human-in-the-loop interrupt/resume patterns.
- Experience with both Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI/Gemini, including practical awareness of

behavioral differences between model providers (JSON-output conventions, context-window sizing, prompt sensitivity).
- Experience building or maintaining LLM evaluation frameworks, including golden-dataset-based

regression testing.
- Familiarity with LLM observability tooling (Arize, Honeycomb, LangSmith, or comparable).
- Comfort working with document-extraction/OCR pipelines and third-party extraction APIs

(LlamaParse/LlamaExtract or comparable).
- Nice to have experience in Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), for informing future-state agent

architecture conversations beyond this migration's scope.
