Sr. Salesforce Developer – 8 to 10 Yrs (Hands-on Expert)

Lead Salesforce Developer – 10 to 13 Yrs (Hands-on + Lead)

# Must Have – For Both Levels:

✅ 8+ Years Hands-on – Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL + Salesforce Flows (Flow Builder)

✅ Clouds: Experience Cloud + Service Cloud – 1 Mandatory, Both Preferred

✅ Service Cloud Depth: Service Console, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Management

✅ Core: Configuration, Integration (REST/SOAP), Lightning Components, Data Loader

✅ DevOps: SFDX, Git, CI/CD + Copado / Gearset – Mandatory for Lead, Plus for Sr.

✅ AI and Next-Gen: Agentforce, Einstein, AI Coding Tools (Copilot) – Hands-on / Familiar

# For Lead Track (10-13 Yrs) Additional:

✅ Lead dev sprints,



code reviews, mentoring junior devs

✅ Performance optimization, governor limits handling, best practices

# Positive to Have / Bonus:

➕ Data Cloud, Health Cloud, Healthcare / Life Sciences Domain

➕ Certifications: PD1 Active (Mandatory), PD2 / Agentforce Specialist – Big Plus
