- 6+ years of experience in Manual QA Testing with strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Strong experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test and defect management tools.
- Positive experience in API testing using Postman and validating REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing, including data validation using SQL queries.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and defect triage.
- Ability to review business/functional requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Experience in production support, root-cause analysis, defect verification, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers, BAs, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior QA team members and take ownership of testing activities throughout the release lifecycle.
