Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer – RF Shaper to develop and maintain applications for radio frequency (RF) network planning, optimization, configuration, and performance analysis. The candidate will work on software solutions that process RF parameters, network configuration data, coverage information, and performance KPIs to support telecom network optimization and operational decision-making.

Design, develop, and maintain RF Shaper applications and services for telecom network configuration and optimization workflows.

Develop software components to process, validate, transform, and analyze RF configuration and network performance data.

Implement business rules for RF parameter validation, configuration consistency,



and optimization recommendations.

Integrate RF datasets from network management systems, configuration repositories, and performance monitoring platforms.

Develop APIs and data processing workflows to support RF parameter analysis and reporting.

Implement validation checks for antenna configuration, frequency assignments, power settings, cell parameters, and other RF attributes, according to project requirements

RF Shaper development, signal/parameter modelling, optimisation, eval framework, SageMaker/Bedrock
