Job Purpose:

To manage production planning, material planning, inventory control, and schedule adherence to ensure on-time delivery, optimum inventory levels, and uninterrupted production while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on customer schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Manage MRP, BOM updates, routing changes, and Engineering Change (ECN) implementation.
- Monitor production plan adherence, dispatch schedules, and inventory levels (FG, SFG, RM).
- Analyze production variances, line losses, and inventory gaps; drive corrective actions.
- Lead capacity planning and forecast demand for manpower and machine utilization.




- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Support customer audits, planning reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization through effective planning and inventory management.
