Summary

UST is seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Developer with strong expertise in Workday Benefits, Integrations, Reporting, and Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday solutions across Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Time Tracking, and Leave Management modules. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of the Workday Benefits ecosystem, along with hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, and configuration.

The Opportunity

As a Workday Benefits Developer, you will work closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions. You will play a key role in implementation, enhancement, integration, reporting, and support initiatives while ensuring system stability, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.
- Build, customize, and support inbound and outbound integrations across Workday and third-party systems.
- Create, enhance, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom Workday reports.
- Develop and maintain complex calculated fields to support business and reporting requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Workday Benefits administration and configuration.
- Support Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Acquisition (TA), Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Leave Management.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for the Workday Benefits module and related business processes.
- Partner with functional consultants, HR teams, and business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure and optimize Benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events,



and related business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, reports, and data processing.
- Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, migration, and optimization projects.
- Support all project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Configure and maintain Workday security groups, roles, domain permissions, and access controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and support documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Workday functionality and user experience.

What You Need

Requirements

- Strong experience in Workday Benefits development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Experience creating and maintaining complex Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Time Tracking, and Leave Management modules.
- Expertise in Workday security configuration, security groups, domain policies, and role-based access controls.
- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation and support projects.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualification
