Role Description

Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

- Test Execution: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, test engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements and implement practices to enhance the efficiency.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and help them develop their automation skills. Requirements / Qualifications





- Able to understand the requirements by going through the BRD and FRD Documents
- Should be able to identify high level scenario with a strong product mindset
- Proficient in SDLC, STLC and Waterfall, Agile Methodologies
- Quality oriented mind setup with ‘test to break’ attitude, tactful and diplomatic behavior.
- Knowledge of Finance / Banking domain is a must
- Wealth domain is an added advantage to understand the business
- Proficient in creating the test cases for the scenarios identified above
- Good Communication skills to interact with stakeholder teams (Business Analysis, Development and Quality Assurance)
