What we are looking for:

- Define and drive IE strategy across manufacturing plants to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Develop manpower planning, line balancing, takt time optimization, and capacity planning models to maximize plant utilization.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through cycle time reduction, process optimization, waste elimination, and resource utilization improvement.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement programs across operations.
- Lead manufacturing automation, digitalization, robotics, MES, IoT, and smart factory initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
- Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow,



workstation ergonomics, and manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Program Management teams for seamless NPI, capacity validation, and line setup activities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as OEE, UPH, Labor Productivity, Capacity Utilization, Cycle Time, Line Efficiency, and Manufacturing Cost.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor Industrial Engineering teams, develop talent pipelines, and build a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence.

Preferred Experience

- 15-20+ years in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
- Experience in Automobile, Automotive Components, EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, or High-Volume Manufacturing.
- Solid exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Automation, Industry 4.0, Capacity Planning, and Plant Operations.
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electronics)
- Experience managing multi-plant operations and large manufacturing teams.
