We are looking for energetic, responsible and target-oriented freshers to join our outbound lead generation team.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented freshers to join our 3-Month Lead Generation Training Program.

During the training, you will learn B2B lead generation, online research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospect database management. You will work on identifying potential customers, researching companies, connecting with decision-makers, and supporting the global business growth of our SaaS products, primarily iSmartRecruit.

Training Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 3,000/month during the training period

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Junior Lead Generation Executive with a salary of 1,44,000/year, plus quarterly performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Research recruitment agencies, staffing firms and executive search companies across global markets..
- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers,



including founders, CEOs, directors and recruitment leaders..
- Collect company information, websites, LinkedIn profiles and professional contact details..
- Build, update and maintain accurate B2B prospect databases using Google Sheets, Excel and company-approved tools..
- Verify email addresses and check lead information for accuracy..
- Identify relevant prospects and support LinkedIn connection requests, outreach messages and follow-ups..
- Assist with B2B email campaigns, prospect segmentation and personalized email outreach..
- Track email responses, LinkedIn engagement and interested prospects..
- Research relevant business directories, industry websites and other potential lead-generation sources..
- Complete relevant online form submissions and other approved lead-generation activities..
- Maintain daily activity reports and work towards defined activity and lead-quality targets..
- Coordinate with the outbound manager to improve research quality, outreach performance and lead generation..
- Follow company guidelines for professional communication, data accuracy and responsible outreach..

Who We Are Looking For
- Freshers interested in B2B Lead Generation, Online Research.
- Good written English communication skills..
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet research..




- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, or willingness to learn..
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work..
- A proactive, target-oriented and responsible attitude..
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and outreach processes..
- Ability to follow instructions, manage daily tasks and work as part of a team..
- Good research and problem-solving skills..

Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate degree. Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
