Role Description The Laundry Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations at a high-volume facility. This role includes supervising staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, infection-control, safety, and quality standards.

The Laundry

Manager will manage inventory of linen and consumables, coordinate machine maintenance, and optimize processes to meet service-level agreements and operational targets.



The position also involves handling customer and client interactions, resolving service issues, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting budgeting and cost-control efforts. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to maintain consistent, reliable, and efficient laundry services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess experience in Laundry Services and Laundry operations, including handling high-volume linen processing and quality control.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic cost-control skills to help manage resources and optimize operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or healthcare laundry operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with comfort in using basic digital tools or MIS systems.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management, operations, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
